Kathryn joined J. Robert Scott in 2009 to lead searches for asset management clients, with an emphasis on hedge funds, as part of the firm's financial services team in London.
Most recently, Kathryn was a partner leading recruitment for the European and Asian offices of HBK, a multi-billion dollar multi-strategy hedge fund. She previously spent 7 years as a headhunter specializing in searches for traditional and alternative investment houses, having commenced her career in recruitment in 1999.
Kathryn holds a BA in Social & Political Science from New Hall, Cambridge.
Kathryn spent her childhood in Cheltenham before studying at Cambridge. She has lived and worked in London and Edinburgh.
An avid reader, Kathryn is also a keen football fan.
