In 2009, Kat joined J. Robert Scott, as the Practice Administrator for the Education | Not-for-Profit Practice where she is responsible for organizing logistics for the placement of senior leaders in higher education and non-profit institutions. Prior to joining JRS, she had over 8 years experience as an administrator in the Financial Services industry, most recently at Oxford Bioscience Partners and MHR Fund Management.
Kat earned her BS in Business Administration from Bob Jones University and her MA in Religious Studies from Columbia University.
When not adding DVDs to her seemingly endless Netflix queue, Kat can be seen running on the Boston Esplanade or dining in local restaurants in search of the area's spiciest dishes. She is also an active member of Kiva, a microfinance community that connects people through lending to help alleviate poverty.
